Key Responsibilities This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an occupational health setting, providing high-quality medical care, injury assessment, and workplace health services to employees and clients. Provide immediate medical care and emergency response for workplace incidents. Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and support return-to-work programs. Assist with health screenings, drug testing, and injury follow-ups. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in safety training and preventive health initiatives. Qualifications Current Wisconsin certification as a Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience in occupational health, emergency response, or clinical settings preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
