Join Philips as a Zone Project Management Director - Imaging Systems (East Zone) where you'll lead a team of Customer Project Managers to deliver complex healthcare installations, drive operational and financial performance, accelerate revenue realization, and create exceptional customer outcomes through strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your role:

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Customer Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning. Enable the team to effectively partner with hospitals, general contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve critical project milestones and customer commitments.
• Navigate and lead complex commercial installation and construction projects across the zone, partnering with customers and key stakeholders to accelerate the order-to-completion cycle and drive predictable revenue delivery. Align project execution with customer requirements, business objectives, and financial targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee project portfolios and large-scale customer implementations by driving effective planning, resource allocation, revenue forecasting, inventory utilization, budget management, and schedule adherence. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, and business objectives to maximize operational and financial performance across the zone.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer and operational issues, proactively managing risks, resolving critical challenges, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards while preserving customer trust and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end commercial delivery process by leveraging KPI reviews, business insights, customer feedback, and regular field engagement to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and value creation. Champion cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Project Management, Service, and Supply Chain teams to improve execution, accelerate revenue realization, and strengthen overall business performance.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 8+ years of direct and/or indirect experience in leadership within construction project management, service delivery, service operations, or another related field. Medical imaging systems or related healthcare technology background highly preferred.
• Your skills include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP. You are well versed in existing and emerging AI technologies. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
• You’re a strong, influential leader who effectively engages contractors, facilities teams, construction stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver complex healthcare projects. You possess strong business acumen with experience driving revenue attainment, controlling expenses, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating across global supply chain and commercial operations teams to deliver customer and business results.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or other related field of study OR equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field position. You must be able to:
  • Travel for business. Approximately 20% travel across the specified geography is required. Overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required. Occasional national travel may be required.
  • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements and comply with vendor credentialing.
  • Work flexible hours (based on business needs).
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The annual pay range for this position in:

• ME, NH, OH, PA, VA, VT, and WV is $151,000 to $241,000.
• DE, MD, and RI is $159,000 to $253,000.
• CT, MA, NJ, NY, and Washington, D.C. is $169,000 to $270,000.

This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
