Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

Required Credentials: Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. WY DFS clearance.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and on call requirements to be determined by the facility.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
