NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

In this GM role, you will oversee, manage, and lead the daily operations of the café. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support Responsibility for all aspects of day‑to‑day restaurant operations Maintaining highest service standard, as well as training and development of team to maintain the highest standard Upholding policies and procedures Generating sales growth through delivering a positive guest experience Identifying problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement Ensuring product preparation and presentation meet company standards Training and development of hourly staff Overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and building Controlling food cost through usage of standard recipes and waste‑control procedures Maintaining inventory with effective par levels for all products Ideal Candidate 5+ years of Full‑Service Salaried Manager experience Strong Back‑of‑House background Proven track record of leading and developing an hourly team Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Comfortable meeting KPI metrics Familiarity with P&L Management Benefits No Night Shifts Ever!
