Our client, a high-volume RV dealership and service center, is seeking an experienced RV Technician to support a busy service operation focused on diesel pusher units and full-system repairs. This is a shop-based role working across a wide range of RV systems, with an emphasis on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and completing jobs efficiently.

This is an opportunity for a senior-level technician who can step in, take ownership of their work, and contribute immediately to overall shop productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components
• Perform service and troubleshooting on slide-outs, awnings, leveling systems, and Aqua-Hot systems
• Complete roof inspections and repairs (experience preferred but not required)
• Accurately identify issues and execute repairs with minimal oversight
• Manage work orders and maintain productivity in a high-volume shop environment
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair status and findings

What You’ll Be Working On

• Diesel pusher RVs with a focus on systems-level work (no heavy chassis work required)
• A steady pipeline of service and repair work across a wide range of units
• A shop environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and hands-on technical ability

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of RV technician experience or equivalent systems-based experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems
• Experience with electrical systems, Aqua-Hot, slide-outs, and general RV service work
• Ability to work independently and manage workload without constant supervision
• Stable work history with a track record of long-term employment
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced shop environment

• This is a service-focused role; collision work is handled separately
• The team is seeking a long-term technician who can step into a key role and support ongoing service demand
