Leif Johnson Monahans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Sales Manager who brings energy to the showroom and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You'll coach and develop our sales team, get involved early with customers, structure and close deals, manage daily sales activity, and grow new and preowned vehicle sales while making buying a vehicle easy. We want someone who celebrates wins, builds confidence, and rolls up their sleeves alongside the team. You'll love it at Leif. Job Qualifications You know your way around a deal, a CRM, and a showroom full of possibilities. We're looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a proven record of reaching goals, building strong teams, and delivering a great customer experience. You should be confident coaching salespeople, desking deals, appraising trades, managing inventory, and turning leads into appointments and sales. CDJR experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of manufacturer incentives, dealership systems, and sales performance metrics. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and a valid driver's license are essential. Bring a competitive spirit, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers and coworkers.
