Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room - Days 10,000 Sign on bonus eligibility Your experience matters. Schedule 3x12 Nights, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Responsibilities Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. BCLS required. ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment. 2-3 years of experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply.
