Calibration TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to join Trident Calibration Labs, an Accredited Labs company!Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success!Location: Trident Calibration Lab office is in Phoenix, AZ and works on-site at various customer sites.Day to Day Responsibilities:Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sitesPerform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentationPerform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocolsWorking directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services neededEnsure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standardsMaintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to dateInteract professionally with customers, providing excellent service and supportCommunicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updatesYou will be successful in this role if you:Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quicklyCan adapt to multiple different work environments and settingsAre customer-oriented with excellent communication skillsAre a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitudeHave an excellent attention to detailHave a strong work ethic and willingness to learnBasic Qualifications:3+ years of Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment to include electronic, physical/mechanical and dimensionalAble to lift 50lbsAble to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of timeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and prioritization skillsMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordNice to have:Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical FieldsTechnical Degree or CertificateMilitary PMEL TrainingExperience with IndySoftAbout Us:Accredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
