This is a hands-on, surgery-heavy role built for a veterinarian who loves operating and wants the caseload, equipment, and support to do it well. The Opportunity In this role surgery is central to your day. We\'re looking for an experienced veterinarian with advanced surgical skills who\'s ready to step into a high-autonomy role with the backing of a stable, long-tenured team. Compensation Pro-Sal model with earning potential up to $155,000 +, up to $35,000 bonus package, and 21%+ production. High surgical volume means high earning potential. Equipment Dental Rads, VetHome, Surgical and therapeutic lasers, ultrasound, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more.
