Senior Electrical Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

This is a leadership track from day one. You'll manage your own MEP team and have a genuine hand in how the business runs:

• Win the work - produce proposals and negotiate fees that land new projects

• Run the show - project manage MEP teams from kickoff through delivery

• Be the face - lead kickoff meetings with local architects and perform site visits in your area

• Drive the work - coordinate questions/needs lists, schedules, and deliverables with clients

• Build the team - review workload and staffing, interview and hire engineers, and lead employee reviews


WHAT YOU BRING:

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school

• 4+ years of commercial MEP design experience (PE and LEED AP are a big plus)

• 3+ years hands-on with Revit and AutoCAD

• 3+ years in building design/consulting engineering

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Sharp organizational skills - you thrive juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced shop

• A self-motivated attitude and a real drive to excel in this industry
