Job Summary

We are seeking a Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Ivy Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation. As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our patients during the evening shift. This is a FullTime position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients during the evening shift, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital sign checks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is evidence-based and patient-centered.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
