Oracle Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise business transformation program. This role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Human Capital Management (HCM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Deliver (O2D) , ensuring successful delivery through strategic planning, governance, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with deep ERP transformation experience, strong executive communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and System Integration (SI) partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation programs across HCM, PLM, R2R, and O2D workstreams. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive dashboards. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and business outcomes in collaboration with executive sponsors and business leaders. Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful delivery. Delivery & Operational Management Direct daily execution of Oracle Fusion transformation activities across business and IT teams. Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing, security, reporting, and deployment activities. Establish governance processes including steering committee meetings, design reviews, readiness assessments, and executive status reporting. Oversee integrated testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Ensure project documentation, design artifacts, test evidence, training materials, and support documentation are complete and maintained. Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, functional leads, and the System Integration (SI) partner. Manage SI vendor performance, deliverables, milestones, quality, and contractual commitments. Drive executive decision-making by presenting project health, risks, mitigation plans, and escalation recommendations. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business transformation goals. Change Management & Business Transformation Partner with business process owners to validate future-state business processes. Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training readiness, and user adoption. Drive standardization of Oracle Fusion business processes across the enterprise. Ensure business value realization following deployment and stabilization. Requirements / Qualifications Must-have Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of enterprise project management experience. Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud or large-scale ERP transformation programs. Experience implementing one or more Oracle Fusion modules: Human Capital Management (HCM) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Record to Report (R2R) Order to Deliver (O2D) Experience managing System Integration (SI) partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
