As a ServiceNow Developer I you willdemonstratean ability to administer, develop, document, and technically support the ServiceNow platform.You will have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to provide elite client service, training, and support to your teammates as well as clients throughout the organization.Candidates must have the ability to excel in a fast-paced organization, provide excellent customer service, bewellwritten, and have a passion for the ServiceNow platform. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Administration, development, documentation,and technical support of the ServiceNow platform Performingconfiguration and customization including, but not limited to: Workflow/flowadministration Performance analytics configuration Creating andmaintainingSOAP/RESTintegrations Creating andmaintainingall script types Creating andmaintainingportal widgets Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM,ITAM,ITOM, and CMDBmodules Create new andmaintainexisting custom applications Review and refine designs forfunctionality andusability Regularly reviews testing scenarios andpractices to ensureapplication performance and stability requirements are met Interacts with stakeholders from across the business Implement best practices and standardsfor the ServiceNow platform Produces andmaintainsdetailed system documentation including: Designspecifications Troubleshootingsteps Deploymentsteps Disaster recoverysteps Technicalnotes Testingsteps, etc. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must Have: 4 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform Development experience withJavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, andXML Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS. System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience Experience creating custom Integration Hub Spokes Excellent written and verbal communication skills BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalentexperience Nice to Have: Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the creation or modification of workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogitemsand updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions ITIL Foundations 3.0 or higher ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Yokohamaor Higher) ServiceNow Developer Certification (Yokohamaor Higher) Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s CSDM Understanding of Agile practices THE PLACE & THE PERKS Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
