The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from first call to treatment completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements.

X-ray certification and the ability to take FMX and CBCT scans is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Administrative

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming calls and schedule consultations and procedures
• Obtain completed insurance forms, medical history updates, and required patient signatures
• Verify Insurance Benefits and update documentation accordingly
• Ensure all consent forms and financial agreements are properly signed and documented
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate new patient implant consultations
• Ensure efficient patient flow and schedule optimization

Clinical Support

• Take FMX and bitewing radiographs (preferred)
• Take CBCT scans ( preferred )
• Follow infection control and imaging protocols

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (required)
• Experience obtaining patient signatures and managing consent documentation
• Knowledge of dental and medical insurance patient documentation ( preferred)
• Texas X-Ray Certification (preferred)
• Experience with FMX and digital radiographs (preferred)
• Implant dentistry experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
