Staff Nurse

About This Role The Staff Nurse at Kaiser Permanente provides nursing care to a defined group of patients, coordinating and facilitating health care services in collaboration with the health care team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $44 - $81/hour Location: Everett, WA Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Do Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients. Develop a written plan of care based on nursing diagnosis and patient needs. Assist patients and families in developing health care goals. Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources. Provide nursing interventions safely and competently. Offer telephone consultation to patients and families. Evaluate patients' responses to care and modify care plans as needed. Communicate patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs. Develop educational components for nursing care plans. Promote patient self-care responsibility for their health needs.
