Child Care Center Director
Location: Manasquan, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Childcare Discount, Paid Time Off, Professional Development, and more. The Learning Experience – Manasquan is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our preschool. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teachers, supporting families, growing enrollment, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead daily center operations
- Coach and support teaching staff
- Drive enrollment and family engagement
- Ensure licensing compliance
- Oversee curriculum implementation
- Meet New Jersey Director licensing requirements
- Bachelor's degree, CDA, or equivalent Director qualifications
- Minimum 12 ECE credits
- State-required Director credentials
