The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Recreation Therapist to join our Community-based Adult Day Health Service Program in Central Islip. You will plan and conduct group and individual recreation activities, document attendance and participation, and complete all required paperwork under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor.
