Marriott Syracuse Downtown is seeking a hardworking and service-oriented Bus Person (Busser) to support the front-of-house team at Shaughnessy's Irish Pub by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for our guests.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests. You are dependable, energetic, and willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

The ideal candidate:

• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Works efficiently and remains organized during busy meal periods.
• Understands the importance of cleanliness, guest service, and attention to detail.
• Is able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, lift, and move restaurant supplies and dish racks.
• Can safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Understands and believes that every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador every working minute of every day.
