Job Description Greet guests and present them with the menu Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any Suggest food and beverages to the guest. Upsell Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order-taking pads or on the handheld Point of Sale (POS) system and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food Accept payments and return the change Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor Fill in for absent staff as needed Be a team player to ensure smooth operations Serve food and beverage to the guest Promptly respond to the guests’ needs Properly open and pour wine for the guest Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently as set by the Company Understands and communicates products and services available at the restaurant Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and handling inquiries Assist with special events as needed Follow the schedule, task, and other responsibilities assigned to you Perform other duties and assignments as directed by your superior At least 5’9” in height Physically fit, confident, and well-groomed Good-looking and smart appearance 30 years old and below With relevant experience in food and beverage service is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Must be a team player with a positive attitude Knowledgeable of any non and alcoholic beverage Key Skills Excellent Communication Skills Custom Management Cashiering Hospitality Skills Customer Oriented Quick Service Restaurant Working Location 7F and 2F, Jafer's Place, Jafer Place, 19 Eisenhower, San Juan, 1502 Metro Manila, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr Ant Colony Resources
