Remote SAP SuccessFactors Specialist - People Systems

We are seeking an established, highly technical People Systems Analyst with strong experience working with SAP Success Factors. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in system configuration. Fully remote (US based) with preference for candidates in central and eastern time zones. Key responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors across core modules
• Manage daily system administration, including configurations/updates, user access and permissions, and work flow troubleshooting
• Support system enhancements by building + testing configurations, implementing and validating system changes, and translating business requirements into system solutions
• Develop and maintain reporting using SAP Story reporting tools
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPS, configuration documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with system releases and updates, including testing and impact analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Strong, hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience administering and configuring HRIS systems - front and back end
• Experience using reporting tools like SAP Story Reporting
