A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students for the 2026–2027 school year in the Phoenix, AZ area. You’ll provide essential services in a collaborative environment, working with caseloads that match your experience and preference, from moderate to profound needs. What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Prior experience with pediatric and school-based populations
• Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for K–12 students, particularly those with moderate to profound communication needs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other educators, therapists, and families
• Comfort working with early childhood, elementary, and adolescent populations

Role responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K–12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting as required
• Provide consultation to educators and families to support student success
• Adapt services and approaches to meet the needs of varied caseloads
