Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee records management, and offboarding activities. Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely administrative and operational HR support while maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintain accurate personnel files, HR systems, data entry, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Assist with general HR administration, employee communications, engagement initiatives, and company events. Participate in HR projects, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and compliance-related activities that support organizational goals. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new HR technologies quickly. Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Previous HR experience is preferred but not required.
