Bilingual Benefits Enrollment Specialist | $18.75 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Remote | Temporary

Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping people understand and maximize their employee benefits? We are seeking a Bilingual Benefits Enrollment Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our team and support employees through the benefits enrollment process. As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource, educating employees on available benefit options, assisting with enrollments, and ensuring a positive customer experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct benefits enrollment sessions with employees in both English and Spanish
• Explain available benefit plans, coverage options, and eligibility requirements
• Assist employees with enrollment forms and online enrollment systems
• Answer questions regarding health, dental, vision, life insurance, and supplemental benefits
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Previous experience in benefits enrollment, insurance, customer service, or human resources preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting information to individuals and groups
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and web-based systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay rate for this position is $18.75 per hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
