What the job looks like
- Plan and run paid search and paid social across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Own the monthly budget and move money to what's working
- Set up conversion tracking right: GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversions where it matters
- Test creative and copy on a schedule, and keep a record of what won
- Report weekly in plain numbers: spend, cost per lead, return
- Handle programmatic or media planning where the employer needs it
What I'm looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media in-house or at an agency
- Google Ads Search certification (some employers require it)
- Real budget experience. Tell me the biggest monthly spend you've managed
- Comfortable in GA4 and Tag Manager without help
- Based in the Charleston area or ready to move
Nice to have
- B2B, lead generation, automotive or ecommerce background
- Programmatic buying
