Lead Welder

About the Role Join ProMach and shape the future of automation. In this lead role on the welding team, you will run job sites, making solid decisions for the customer, our work team and business. Responsibilities Lead work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques Collaborate with Customers and Engineering teams to ensure all project specifications are met Communicate project progress and discuss difficulties to obtain necessary support and guidance Assemble fabricated materials and equipment Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes Oversee site inventory Qualifications Prior experience as a job site leader Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel Demonstrated understanding of inventory protocols Prior experience in a customer facing role Must be able to follow and convey clear instruction Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures Benefits and Compensation Base Salary Range: $53,144 - $91,104. Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, and a wellness program.
