Commercial Roofing Service ForemanEskola, LLC - Knoxville, Tennessee | Full-Time | $26.00 - $34.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972.We are looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Knoxville, Tennessee market. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.What You Will DoLead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigationsCoordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipmentPerform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systemsTrain and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountabilityCommunicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendorsWork closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and Regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on scheduleWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenanceStrong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofingAbility to read blueprints and technical specificationsProven leadership, communication, and customer management skillsComfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditionsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPreferred Skills & CertificationsExperience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma)OSHA 10 or 30 Hour CardAerial lift and/or forklift certificationFirst Aid, CPR & AED certificationBilingual in English and SpanishWhy Join Eskola?Trade-specific training & room to grow within the companyMedical Insurance (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match)401(K) with Company MatchingCompany-provided technology / equipment as neededDental, Vision, Life, & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffEskola, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
