Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition through comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical standards

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Display excellent patient assessment and treatment skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Have recent experience working directly with diverse patient populations
