Remote Destination Experience Coordinator

You will research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities to help identify options that best meet each client's needs. You will also coordinate reservations, prepare personalized itineraries, verify travel details, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely communication to ensure a seamless client experience from planning through departure. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology are essential. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is welcomed but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
