Job Full Description A local insurance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to join their team in Grimes. This position is responsible for supporting clients by processing policy information, tracking applications, updating records, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Process and update client policy information accurately.
- Track and monitor insurance applications throughout the approval process.
- Create and update policy documents as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests.
- Perform high-volume data entry and record maintenance.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
