- Operate the dish machine and clean all dishware, utensils, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dish area
- Clean kitchen floors, walk-ins, and freezer areas
- Take out trash and maintain a tidy dumpster area
- Monitor and maintain proper wash and rinse temperatures
- Refill dishwashing and cleaning chemicals as needed
- Use equipment responsibly to minimize breakage or loss
- Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude every shift
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is helpful
- Previous dishwashing or utility experience is a plus-but not required!
