Sales Rep - Robotics

Focus Drive territory growth by developing relationships with manufacturers, automation partners, and integrators in a defined region. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close. Partner with technical and applications teams to align robotic solutions with customer goals and production needs. Build and expand a network of channel relationships and strategic end users to create long-term revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, territory forecasts, and account plans within the CRM. Represent the business at customer meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and partner engagements as needed. Travel throughout the assigned market to support customer development and regional account growth in a hybrid work model. Skill Set Bring several years of business-to-business sales success in robotics, industrial automation, motion control, or a related technical field. Offer consultative selling experience with capital equipment, robotic systems, or automation platforms. Demonstrate success building relationships with integrators, OEMs, manufacturers, or other industrial customers. Show strength in account development, partner engagement, communication, and commercial negotiation. Be comfortable working independently, managing regional travel, and building momentum in an emerging market.
