need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked
Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Experience: At least one year in Home Health within the last two years
EMR experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) strongly preferred.
Certs: BLS and license as RN in CA
Hours: m-f 0830-1700 with one weekend commitment per four week schedule same hours 0830-1700
Our RN travelers do typically assist with start of cares (SOC), resumption of cares (ROC), recerts and daily visits. Our typical productivity expectation is a SOC and 3 RVs versus 5 RVs in one day. We also do try to keep clinicians with visits fairly close together or give discretionary point if greater than 60 miles traveled in 1 day.
Mileage is not billable-this is an all inclusive rate
