What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient clinical care during clinic hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
• Support patients through routine prenatal visits and maternal-fetal assessments
• Deliver consults via phone for hospital-based cases (no on-site call requirements)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Participate in urgent credentialing process within 30 days
• Offer night/weekend call coverage, primarily via phone consults
• Ensure documentation adheres to facility standards and legal guidelines

What You Need

• Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility)
• Prior maternal-fetal medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Willingness to participate in call coverage and credentialing

About the Assignment

This role supports a prominent healthcare provider in Wausau, focusing on maternal-fetal health care, including outpatient clinics and phone consultations. The provider will work closely with a team dedicated to providing excellent patient outcomes and efficient service delivery. Credentialing is expected within 30 days, with flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple providers.
