What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act
Monitor and assess cardiac and vital signs for telemetry patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
Educate patients and families about care procedures and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Support departmental goals by contributing to a collaborative and professional environment

What You Need

Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Proficiency with electronic health records and medical software
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
