MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a **Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our Tacoma oncology team — a role built for those who value collaboration, stability, and purpose-driven work. In this full-time, weekday schedule, you will play a key role supporting cancer patients through treatment, symptom management, triage, coordination and ongoing continuity of care. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $171,000.00 - $181,800.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
