About Us: E+ROSE Wellness Café is a vibrant and health-focused café offering a variety of nutritious smoothies, acai bowls, juices, and wholesome meals. We are dedicated to promoting a lifestyle of wellness, sustainability, and community. With locations across Nashville and Atlanta, we are growing and looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Job Description: As a Part-Time Team Member at E+ROSE Wellness Café, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, juices, and other menu items following our recipes and standards.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, manage transactions accurately, and handle customer orders efficiently.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth café operations and a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and team members in a positive and professional manner.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and guidelines precisely to maintain consistency and quality.
Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit, willing to assist others and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Must be at least 18 years old.
