Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, function, and safety. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
