Full Stack Engineer – San Francisco, CA Rivio is revolutionizing the future of enterprise software with a bold vision: harnessing the power of AI agents to seamlessly automate and optimize complex business processes. At Rivio, we started by helping hardware companies with their procurement activities, saving them countless hours on manual and tedious tasks, and allowing them to gain a significant competitive advantage. Our three co‑founders – Hala, Leo, and Alessio – each bring over 10 years of experience from leading teams at Apple, Meta, and Silicon Valley startups. Our lead investor is Gradient Ventures (Google AI Fund) and we have a runway of 24 months. Work Arrangement Hybrid – 2 days per week in person. Responsibilities & Expectations Problem‑Solving: autonomously solve complex technical challenges and proactively address issues, always seeking to challenge the conventional ways and innovate. Ownership: Take full ownership of projects and initiatives, especially those you’ve never worked on before. Embrace a growth mindset to continuously learn and adapt. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment typical of early‑stage startups. Wear multiple hats and spearhead projects end‑to‑end. Mentorship & Collaboration: Inspire and guide team members. Influence peers and stakeholders through clear communication across various levels of the organization. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proven experience building distributed systems and data pipelines. Proven experience working with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). Comfortable with Python. GenAI/LLM fundamentals and ML basics are a plus. Regular use of a coding assistant (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
