Brand & Digital Designer

MTS Systems is seeking a Brand & Digital Designer to help shape how the MTS brand looks and feels across marketing channels. This onsite role in Eden Prairie, MN pairs brand stewardship with hands‑on design work, from print and sales materials to a polished new WordPress site experience. You will partner closely with marketing leaders and agencies to turn strategy and messaging into visual assets teams can use with confidence. What You’ll Do Partner with the brand lead to translate brand strategy and messaging into clear visual direction and concepts. Act as the creative steward of MTS brand standards, applying them consistently and recommending updates as the brand evolves. Review team creative to maintain on‑brand quality, escalating questions to the brand lead when needed. Design print and digital collateral including brochures, datasheets, one‑pagers, advertisements, and sales materials. Create tradeshow and event graphics such as booth and signage files. Produce production‑ready files, review proofs, and coordinate with printers and vendors to maintain color and quality. Build and maintain branded templates for presentations, sales collateral, social, and email. Develop campaign graphics, product materials, and presentation visuals for marketing leaders. Curate and organize approved brand assets in Bynder so teams can find and use the right files. Design page layouts, landing pages, and imagery for a new WordPress site. Work with an agency during WordPress migration and optimization to support design quality. Coordinate with the digital marketing lead on publishing and updating visual content for the site. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and digital and social teammates to prioritize requests. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including support from vendors and freelancers when needed. What You Bring 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience, including both print and digital work. A portfolio demonstrating brand-level thinking, template systems, and web or landing page design. Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud ; experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus. Working knowledge of WordPress (or a comparable CMS) and comfort with web design constraints such as responsive layouts, image optimization, and accessibility. Experience creating templates others can use, including PowerPoint . Strong typography, layout, and color skills, with the ability to give and receive creative feedback. Experience in B2B , industrial, or technical marketing is a plus.
