Supported by a close-knit team, we pride ourselves on giving every patient a comfortable, personalized, and stress-free dental experience.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled, empathetic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical team 4 days a week (Tues–Fri). This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who excels at gentle, comprehensive preventative care and enjoys working with a diverse patient base-including special needs and sedated patients-in a well-supported 7-op practice.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Hygiene Care: Provide adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and topical fluoride treatments.Laser Therapy: Administer soft-tissue diode laser therapy for periodontal decontamination and adjunct treatments (Laser Certification required).Radiography & Diagnostics: Capture crisp digital dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral imagery to assist doctors with comprehensive exams.Special Needs & Sedation Patient Care: Deliver gentle, empathetic hygiene care adapted to special needs patients, anxious individuals, and post-sedation clinical workflows.Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on tailored oral hygiene routines, periodontal health, and preventative care strategies.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation & License: Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.Required Certifications:Arizona Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Certification.Soft-Tissue Laser Certification.Clinical Mindset: Gentle chairside manner, high empathy, strong communication skills, and comfort working with special needs or sedated patients.Compensation & PerksCompetitive Hourly Wage: $53.00 – $55.00 per hour (DOE).Dual Bonus Potential: Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential PLUS Hygiene Production Bonus Potential!Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus an early Friday finish at 2:00 PM to kick off your weekend early.Supportive Environment: Work alongside experienced clinicians with dedicated administrative and back-office support.Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Dental Career?If you're a certified, dependable Dental Hygienist looking for a great team home in Scottsdale, we'd love to speak with you!
