Job Description Job Description Job Purpose: This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the factory floor including Receiving, Shipping, Sanding, and Cabinet Assembly. Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Reports to: Warehouse Manager Location: Mount Crawford, VA Key Duties and Responsibilities: Receives, unpacks, relocates and stocks inbound materials and components, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials. Selects, processes and packages components and products for outbound customer orders, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all orders. Performs sanding, machining, and assembling of cabinets to established quality and production standards, including the building of specialty cabinets and the installation of accessory items as needed. Other duties as assigned Minimum Job Requirements: Ability and willingness to work safely at all times. Must be able to lift and/or move upwards of 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without compromising quality or accuracy. Must be able to use a tape measure and perform basic math. Experience with hand tools is a Plus. Ability to take on new tasks and rotate through a variety of positions and/or locations as needed. Ability to communicate and perform tasks as directed.
