Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through selecting insurance policies that fit their specific lives.
• Reach out to prospects to introduce our agency and the value we provide to the Reynoldsburg community.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure every policy is up to date.
• Help existing customers understand their coverage options during policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every visitor or caller feels welcomed and supported.
• Identify gaps in coverage to ensure our clients are fully protected from unexpected events.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing client relationships or working in a sales-oriented role.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and digital insurance quoting software.
• Clear and professional verbal communication style.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to help people protect what matters most.
