Corporate Human Resources Business Partner

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn‑key product. Company Values Safety | Quality | Customer Obsession | Speed | Agility Position Overview The Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership by aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role will provide HR guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. The HRBP will work closely with executives, managers and employees to build a high‑performing culture focused on accountability, engagement, safety and continuous improvement. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day employee support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation and organizational challenges Support workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, succession planning and organizational development initiatives Lead and support employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns Coach leaders on effective communication, accountability, employee engagement and leadership practices Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data‑driven recommendations that improve business outcomes Develop and implement programs that support employee retention, engagement and culture initiatives Support change management initiatives during periods of growth, organizational change and business transformation Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and HR best practices Collaborate with HR teams on compensation, benefits, recruiting, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Provide HR support across corporate and operational teams, including manufacturing environments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, industrial or fast‑paced operational environment preferred Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, performance management and employment practices Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels Strong communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutionsExperience supporting organizational change and culture initiatives Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi‑site organizations HR experience within manufacturing, energy, construction or engineering environments Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SC or PHR certification preferred Benefits & Perks Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (where applicable) Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Sick time in accordance with state and local requirements Company‑paid life insurance and disability coverage Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization Exposure to advanced manufacturing, modular infrastructure and large‑scale industrial projects Collaborative, fast‑paced environment with strong operational and engineering leadership Employee‑focused culture centered on safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location and employment classification.
