Description of the role:
The Ford & CJDR Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department at North Country Ford / CDJR in Arab, AL. This includes managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage parts inventory
- Place orders for parts and maintain stock levels
- Coordinate with service department for timely completion of repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ford and CJDR parts preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
