As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or GED. 6+ months Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center CDA preferred (or proof of enrollment) Creative Curriculum training preferred (not required) Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months). Passion to work with children. Willing to grow and learn. Prior experience with the assigned age group. Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well‑being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
