Plant Maintenance Technician / Service Technician

34/hr + 16% bonus (result share average bonus)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical machinery, electrical systems, and general facility equipment. This role operates as an individual contributor focused on performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality without the need for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair on mechanical and electrical systems
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment failures
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles
Proficient in mechanical repair techniques
Knowledge of electrical systems and components
Skilled in preventive maintenance practices
Strong troubleshooting abilities
