This role involves hands‑on design using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, focusing on grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, and pavement layout. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed site design plans for commercial and residential projects using Civil 3D. Prepare grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and pavement designs in compliance with local codes and standards. Work with engineers and project managers to coordinate design intent and address site‑specific constraints. Support the creation of construction documents, including plan sets and utility layouts. Assist with design revisions based on client feedback, permitting requirements, or field changes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in civil site design, with exposure to both commercial and residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, utility, and site layout design. Familiarity with stormwater management and utility infrastructure design standards. BS in Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical experience in civil design. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
