Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, preferably K–12
• Knowledge and skill in treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children with varying needs
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of student progress and services
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
