Supporting enterprise identity security platforms, the full-time IAM Support Specialist - Spanish Bilingual will provide Level 2 support for IAM technologies, troubleshoot access-related issues, and collaborate with engineering teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role management, and deprovisioning Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions Experience with at least one IAM platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta Understanding of access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance concepts Virtual Vocations Inc
