Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years working in the Emergency Department At least 1 year of travel nursing experience Oncology experience is preferred but not required Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system is necessary Required Certifications BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Essential Skills Competence in IV starts Experience with telemetry monitoring Patient Assignment Ratio One nurse assigned to four patients Time Off Requests Time off requests must be submitted when applying. Up to 7 consecutive days off may be approved at the facility’s discretion for a 14-week contract. Parking Permit Options for Agency Staff Agency Permit (Most Convenient) 24/7 access to the main medical center garage with guaranteed availability Available as monthly or 100-day permits Budget Permit Access to designated garages on weekends and holidays 24/7 access to surface lots on West Campus Shuttle service to the medical center included Monthly permit option Additional Permit Option Weekend and holiday access to designated garages 24/7 access to specific surface lots on campus Monthly permit available Parking fees and availability are subject to change based on campus parking policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr SoftPath Medical
